✨ (helm/v2-alpha) add tolerations, nodeselector and affinity

Adds nodeSelector, affinity and tolerations to the manager deployment template and values of the helm chart (v2-alpha).

Related issue: #5246

Notes:

• I cannot run all the tests locally (I'm having issues) so I tested the generation on a personal project. It works.
• The code may need some refactoring, I'll do it once the logic is validated.
