• Remove old references to docker machine #21619

Follow-up to:

• Move hyperv and virtualbox drivers to minikube #21966

There are no tests, since this obsolete driver doesn't work.

• macOS: Update status of the parallels driver #21609

My recommendation is to to remove the driver from minikube.
