Ubuntu's networkmanager (and many other frontends) assume, by default, that TLS Authentication is not required by the server.
This patch makes it possible to let
ovpn_genconfiggenerate such a config by using the option-s.(
-sis choosen because of the description "Skip TLS authentication")
