Description

I am migrating the existing statistics page to React to align it with the Neo design.

Changes

I am planning to replace the charts developed with AntD Charts.

bar → https://ant-design-charts.antgroup.com/en/examples/statistics/column#color

(looks good - slide charts)

I will be using Neo Card, Selector, Tooltip.
