This part of a series of PRs to improve the LangSmith quickstarts. Idea is to provide a seamless workflow through the first steps of an evaluation. Improved some of the definitions, cleared up language. Tested UI + Python SDK + TS SDK steps.
Added tabs for the UI / SDK steps.

Adding this as reusable content because we should place this in any other UI guides that requires model provider API keys set.

## 5. Run your evaluation

1. Select <Icon icon="circle-play" /> **Start** on the top right to run your evaluation. This will create an experiment that you can view in full by clicking the experiment name.

i don't think the div style is needed anymore. images are centered through the css style sheet now
