Hello, I've followed the recommendation in PR #29982 and add the docs to the branch add-openwebui.

It's my first time to contribute codes to large project, so if there are any issues, I will solve it as soon as possible.

cc @ccurme. Sorry to bother, I have followed the instructions in https://python.langchain.com/docs/contributing/how_to/integrations/ and publish a package named langchain-openwebui, while I met something weird in /docs/docs/integrations/chat/openwebui.ipynb, I have used ruff and isort to check this file, while the make lint fail at positions like line 4, you can see that in my commits, do you have any ideas to fix that?
