Really nice, thanks! That will help a lot with setting up the track. Just a few minor comments to reduce code, but apart from that it looks good.

Adds a node that publishes gate and obstacle TFs plus a MarkerArray for RViz visualization.
It currently must be launched manually. Pose tolerances are not shown yet, since including them would make the view too cluttered.
