Since I was already looking a bit into the acorn repo I thought this might be useful as well to get reproducible happ builds (because I think building wasms on macOS vs. building them on Linux results in different hashes) and it was easy to more or less copy it over from the Moss repo. If it doesn't seem useful it can also be ignored.
