Simplified and made more concise the setup instructions for readline. The new instructions should be easier to follow and less overwhelming for users.

These instructions are indeed an improvement, though I would put the two *.so lib files under ~/.local/lib instead of ~/.local/bin and adjust the path references in ~/.inputrc and LD_PRELOAD accordingly.
