Introduces DatabaseBranchSettingsApi for managing database branch settings, including endpoints to get and update settings. Adds related models: DatabaseBranchSettingsUpdateRequest, DatabaseDefaultPragmaSettings, GetDatabaseBranchSettings200Response, and UpdateDatabaseBranchSettings200Response. Updates DatabaseBackupApi, DatabaseExportApi, and DatabaseExportEndApi to improve error handling and response typing. Updates ApiClient and integration tests to support new API functionality.
