Enhances the Undelegate component by introducing a revalidation mechanism for account data using SWR. After a successful undelegation, the account data is refreshed after a 15-second delay to ensure the UI reflects the latest state.

@Jipperism after merging in my PR that returns the account page back to SSR, it looks like the pending transactions are still no longer updating. I think we may have to lower then the revalidation time on the delegation page and/or use |
