Adding code for using fno as a compression mechanism for the lasdi framework! The 3 files in FNO directory under src/lasdi/ contain 3 files which were modified. The corresponding dependencies for those 3 files can be downloaded from the neuraloperator codebase linked here: https://github.com/neuraloperator/neuraloperator
