Description
This PR updates the infrastructure for the eScience tutorial (i.e.,
2025-esciencedirectory) to deploy Nginx alongside JupyterHub to act as an ingress controller. This fixes the "Invalid Form" issue we've been getting with login, and it gives us a ton of flexibility in the future to control things like user networking, DNS, and TLS.
