Description
This PR adds the contents for the interactive materials for Caliper and Thicket to the HPDC tutorial. The materials are added to the repo as git submodules. Additionally, this PR updates
Dockerfile.spawnto pull those materials into the spawn image and build the Caliper test apps (i.e., Lulesh, XSBench, and the basic example).
