I like this lesson. Maybe we could include a brief comment or link about why the riemann sum we're computing converges to pi/4? LGTM

This is a new intro lesson (lesson 7) that includes RAJA atomics and scans. The docs points users to the sort tutorial section in the RAJA User Guide. We can add a sort exercise in the future for completeness.
