Caching the list of dependent reactions for each reaction. When execute a reaction, instead of searching through the graph data structure, simply return the list if it is in the cache.
Allow users to define selection function that determine whether to cache or not for each reaction.
Currently only works with NRM.
TODO: apply it to direct method and sorted optimized direct method.
