Created .Dark-Mode in arf.css that contains values for a dark-mode site. Also added a new function in arf.js that detects an input from a button in index.html to switch the theme to dark mode.

Ignore me. I cleared my cache to test it but apparently not before I changed all the files. Thanks for the PR! |

Wrote a simple change into Index.html, Arf.css, and Arf.js to implement a toggle dark mode button. Just a little contribution to get started on this cool project!
