Intended label: node-program / community (EcoDev can't self-apply here — please add).
Owner: me (EcoDev). Co-organizing with Guru; format agreed with the chair. Agreed in
eco-dev-lobby on 27 Aug: bi-weekly cadence, direct invites, demo + networking format.
TL;DR
Reboot the old drop-in "Office Hours" into an invite-based, bi-weekly Builder Meet-up
where people building on Logos come to demo, get feedback, and meet the EcoDev team. This
issue covers the whole arc: organize it, run at least two sessions with builders actually
demoing, then write a short report on what worked and what the ongoing cadence should be.
Why
The old format was a drop-in link that mostly went unused. The community now has real
builders (LP and RFP participants, coalition contributors) who benefit more from a
structured demo + networking session than from open office hours. Goal: turn passive
attendance into active demos and a repeatable channel into module testing, onboarding,
and the RFP/LP funnel.
Scope
- Organize
- Run at least two sessions
- Report
Success criteria
- The first rebooted session has invited builders demoing, not an empty bot link.
- At least two sessions held with real demos.
- A written report exists with a concrete recommendation for the ongoing cadence.
Status
Format + cadence agreed (27 Aug). Announcement drafted. Blocked on: date/time + venue
(Guru calendar sync) and the invite list before the first session can be scheduled.
