Version 1.0.0-b before switching to autotools

This is the archive of the old version with manual created Makefile. As the project elvove, i'll switch to autools to generate the Makefile from now on

Last Release of the thread based server

This is the last release of the thread based version of Antd. From 1.0.0, i switch to a non blocking thread pool version
