Modified SARCnet code for pan/tilt antenna rotor with I2C LCD
This is a modification of the SARCnet Mk1 Rotor code for Arduino (https://www.sarcnet.org/rotator-mk1.html)
Please refer to SARCnet for the original code and includes.
This version adds support for a 32-character I2C LCD to display the current rotor position.
