The current implementation ends up providing a separate emulated Hue bridge for every bulb. Split out the concept of bulbs from the concept of listeners in order to allow grouping to be implemented.

My Lifx bulb supports dimming, so using the Wemo interface isn't ideal. I added basic support for the Philips Hue interface (although I've only tested it with one bulb) and got dimming working. I don't know that I'd merge this in its current form, but it scratches my itch.
