Why supported="no"? Just slow as per other N64 games or there's more to it?

Just based on the previous prototype entry. I added a commit to remove that attribute

Most N64 games are marked supported="no" because they can't be run at 100% unless user has a very beefy host machine. Stick with that.

(undefined supported means supported="yes", which it doesn't seem the case here)

Based on the YouTube video from the person that found this, there were issues in the previous prototype that this version fixed, and this release was near-final if not final based on the "master" label. I think supported="yes" is appropriate

Did you played the game in MAME from start to end?

According to the Hidden Palace site, this prototype version is dated from 13 April 2000.
So, in that case, the description should be "Viewpoint 2064 (Japan, prototype 20000413, master 4/13 version)" and related as parent to the existing item in the N64 software list. The existing item should be renamed to "Viewpoint 2064 (prototype 19991217, 12/17/3 version)"

Not sure if that "Japan" in the title is really needed since 1: there isn't any other regional version of it and 2: it wasn't even released in Japan.
