Add autoGoToLVA and autoGoToSemester.

Checks if options are set, if not alert + console log.
If options are correctly set:

1. get current url and delete unnecessary, random url-Search-Params 'dswid' and 'dsrid'.
2. create URL of wanted LVA by combining course number and semester (if specified and option selected).
3. Check if they are the same
4. If not, then change window to wanted LVA, if yes then stay (do nothing).
