There's a related factor here that is the display of what "identity" fields are displayed for the *grader". At the moment this appears to display user name (possibly following the setting) |

I made a tweak so that instead of having a separate configuration, the report observes the core identity fields configuration so it's consistent across all of Moodle (https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-70456)
