Ports Swift Callback, AnyJSON, Promise and ArrayBuffer plus direct JSIConverterswift::* and SwiftConverter bindings. Adds the required Swift feature flags, private bridge headers and SimdUTF dependency to the standalone native build. Removes the unused
swiftOnlyFuncprototype.The NitroModules target builds for the iOS simulator with Swift 6.4.
