Data Collection and Storage

ImageFlow is designed with privacy as a core principle. Here's what you need to know:

Local Processing Only

• ImageFlow processes all images and documents locally on your Mac
• No data is ever transmitted to external servers
• All extracted data stays on your device

No Cloud Services

• The app does not require an internet connection to function
• No user accounts or registration required
• No telemetry or analytics tracking

Local Storage

• Documents you import are stored locally in the app's data directory
• Extracted data is stored in a local SQLite database
• Templates and settings are saved locally

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect any personal information
• We do not collect usage analytics
• We do not transmit any data externally
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies

AI Processing

ImageFlow uses local Vision Language Models (VLMs) running on your Mac through LM Studio or Ollama. These AI interactions:

• Occur entirely on your device
• Are not monitored or recorded by us
• Are subject to the privacy policies of the respective AI providers (LM Studio/Ollama)

Data Retention

• All data you import into ImageFlow remains on your Mac
• You can delete documents and extracted data at any time through the app
• Uninstalling the app removes all associated data

Children’s Privacy

ImageFlow does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in this document.
