Changes:

1. Disabled the ability to change the text area.
2. Disabled page scrolling under the menu. The ability to scroll is retained if the content does not fit the height of the screen.
3. The Submit button clears the form fields and scrolls up the page (instead of reloading the page).

Great work!
The only nuance I see right now is that when the mobile menu is open and you hover over the close (X) icon, a horizontal scrollbar appears, and this scrollbar shifts the button at the bottom. Please figure out why this happens and fix it.
