Description
Firefox 146 adds support for the
<meta name="rating">element, supported behind prefs for now. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1991135.This PR adds a section covering it to the Firefox Experimental Features page, and adds a short note to the Experimental Web Features section of the Fx146 rel notes page.
I didn't think this required BCD adding or coverage in the main HTML reference yet, given that it is not supported anywhere by default at the moment. Let me know if you think I should add these.
