Bug: Sitemap Update Causes Version Specifier Mismatch

The @astrojs/sitemap update introduced a version specifier mismatch where package.json pins to 3.5.1 but package-lock.json uses ^3.5.1, which can cause inconsistent installations. Additionally, package-lock.json unintentionally pinned astro and @astrojs/vercel to exact versions by removing their caret ranges, preventing automatic updates.
