Summary

updates the Sense backoff test to respect the configured SENSE_FAILURE_BACKOFF_BASE_MS floor
keeps the assertion that scheduled polling backs off beyond the requested 10 second poll interval

Validation

SENSE_FAILURE_BACKOFF_BASE_MS=30000 NODE_ENV=test node --test server/tests/senseService.test.js
node scripts/run-with-modern-node.js npm --prefix server test passed locally before this one-line deploy-gate fix
