This change adds a milestone celebration: every 10th dispatched train triggers a full-screen overlay with a shimmering rainbow count and rising sparkle/confetti emojis, then fades out automatically. The animation respects
prefers-reduced-motion(sparkles are hidden and the banner just fades) and re-fires its timer if you cross another milestone before the first finishes.
