Hey, thanks! The README changes look good but I think you have accidentally committed t he kite-service/kite-service.exe and the kite-web/package-lock.json files.
Can you remove them from this PR so I can merge it? :)

Multiple users had issues with the service when self-hosting, added example files and better instructions in README.md
