chore(release): prepare v0.1.2 - #45
Conversation
Dependency and toolchain refresh, plus CI/quality hardening since v0.1.1: CodeQL/Scorecard scanning, a Dokka API docs site, full klib ABI validation, a Spotless/detekt gate with a Linux test leg, Codecov coverage-regression gating, and Develocity onboarding. Gradle bumped to 9.7.0, zstd-jni to 1.5.7-13, every GitHub Action pinned to a commit SHA, and the JS test-harness yarn resolutions pinned to clear open Dependabot alerts. No codec or public-API changes. Signed-off-by: James Rich <james.a.rich@gmail.com>

Add the 0.1.2 compare link.
The new heading uses [0.1.2], but the link definitions at Lines 87-90 do not define [0.1.2]. Update the [Unreleased] link and add the v0.1.1...v0.1.2 comparison link, as required by RELEASING.md.

Audited the project docs against the actual behavior after this stack's encoder-parity work (repeat-offset codes, FSE-repeat sequences, Treeless dict-Huffman literals, level-driven search depth) and found two stale claims plus one unrelated pre-existing changelog bug: - README's "Deviations and current limits" still said `level` was a complete no-op; it now governs match-finding search depth (still a single fixed strategy, not zstd's other per-level parameters). - README's Interoperability section undersold the new capability: kzstd's own encoder now also produces dictionary-entropy frames (repeat-offset, FSE-repeat, Treeless literals), not just decodes libzstd's. - The install snippet's version pin was stale (0.1.1, though 0.1.2 has been out since #45). - CHANGELOG.md's [0.1.2] section had no matching link reference, and [Unreleased] still diffed from v0.1.1 instead of v0.1.2 -- both predate this stack, caught while touching the file anyway. Added a [Unreleased] entry summarizing this stack's user-visible changes (PR1's encode-table derivation is pure internal foundation with zero behavior change on its own, so it's not separately called out) plus the note the plan flagged: a dict-compressed frame's correctness now depends more on using the matching dictionary, though this isn't a new failure mode -- decoding with the wrong dictionary was already silently wrong before (kzstd enforces no Dictionary_ID).
