Looking at this now, you've just added a link to a nonexistent page. I appreciate the desire for this documentation, but it needs to exist for real before we can link to it, so I'm going to close this PR for now. Feel free to reopen, or open a new one, if you add the documentation it links to. |

This PR adds a Local Development section to the README that links to a detailed guide on running the Meshtastic Python project from source.The goal is to make contributor onboarding easier by pointing new developers to clear setup, dependency, and testing instructions. hope its helps for easy interaction
