Currently the program supports, 3 ways to use htslib. 1) systemwide 2) local version compiled 3) clone and compile form internet. Does this pull request remove some of these ? |

We want to retain the the possibility of the three different ways to include htslib. Makefile has been updated so it only links against the htslibsource dependencies when using htslib as source. I am closing the pull request. Best regards |
