This rebases off of @JLyne's fork for 1.21.11 support and adds Folia support to the plugin.
This is currently running on production on
play.forgottensmp.netand is fully tested.Thank you to JLyne for the awesome work on their fork-- I couldn't even build the plugin till I swapped to their fork!
