This PR adds InDom to data.js.

InDom is a <4k, stack-agnostic DOM library with:

automatic cleanup of listeners and data when elements are removed,
modern API for DOM / event / data / form fields handling, and more,
MIT license.

I ran the build script locally (npm test) to verify things but only committed the data.js change, as recommended in the CONTRIBUTING.md.
