Purpose
This pull request updates the local development setup instructions in the
docs/LocalDevelopmentSetup.mdfile to reflect a new directory structure for the project. The main change is updating the path used to enter the processor directory after cloning the repository, ensuring developers navigate to the correct location.Documentation updates:
