This PR adds the autogenerated flow-summaries for OpenSSL (with that specific hash).
The models has been generated from the C++ model generation based on github#19443. However, I did notice a bunch of models being generated from test directories. So I slightly augmented the logic for ignoring APIs to ignore functions whose location matches
