This pull request updates the
testapp/settings.pyfile to skip two specific test cases for compatibility with Django 5.1.Skipped tests:
indexes.tests.SchemaIndexesTests.test_alter_field_unique_false_removes_deferred_sql: This test is now excluded to avoid issues with Django 5.1.backends.base.test_base.ExecuteWrapperTests.test_wrapper_debug: This test is also skipped for compatibility with Django 5.1.
