Summary

add sidebar destinations for all 23 missing top-level Admin Settings cards
replace the unresolved Multimedia Support shortcut with concrete search/extraction destinations
add card/sidebar parity regression coverage and safe search no-results rendering
document the fix and bump the app version to 0.250.195

targeted Admin Settings sidebar suite: 20 passed, 1 authenticated UI test skipped because no storage state was configured
Jinja template parsing

XSS sink and diff whitespace checks
