docs: add README translations (Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi)#12477

Updated project name and description in README.md to reflect changes in functionality and focus.
Adds README.zh.md, README.es.md, README.pt.md, and README.hi.md as full translations of the README, updated to match the branding/copy revision in #12475 (title, tagline, hero image, intro paragraph, and the Linux bullet). Cross-linked to each other and back to English. Adds a language-switch line to README.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
