Purpose

Establish a dated, public working claim for the Decision Evidence Portability Specification.

Bounded claim

A recurring set of decision-evidence objects can support AI assurance across multiple regulatory and standards regimes. Each regime retains its own legal meaning, thresholds, obligations, and consequences.

This draft adds

  • status, version, date, author, and ORCID
  • bounded thesis and non-equivalence constraint
  • relationship to Governed Decision Intelligence and Human Influence Telemetry
  • ten-object initial ontology
  • required mapping metadata
  • initial comparison scope
  • acceptance conditions for advancement beyond v0.1

Status

Working specification. The ontology, schema extension, mappings, test workflow, and case studies remain in development. This pull request should remain draft until the first executable schema and mapped case are added.
