Purpose

Rebuilds the repository around a research protocol, explicit claim boundaries, reproducible validation, and evidence-based framework mappings.

Main changes

  • replaces the main README with a research question, maturity table, claim discipline, limitations, related-work boundary, reproducibility instructions, and release criteria
  • separates core specification v3.0, GDR schema v2.0, repository release v2.1.0, and DEPS v0.1.1
  • adds RESEARCH.md with evidence classes, a claim register, threats to validity, and update conditions
  • adds dedicated related-work, limitations, and validation documents
  • replaces framework conformity language with bounded evidence mappings
  • adds pinned validation dependencies and one repository-wide validation command
  • adds deterministic interoperability fixtures and signature, result-hash, and chain tests
  • removes the permissive || true CI path so interoperability failures now fail the workflow
  • corrects citation metadata that previously described an externally pending driver as conforming

Research boundary

This revision distinguishes demonstrated repository behavior from interpretive mappings and unresolved hypotheses. It makes no field-effectiveness, legal-compliance, certification, or independent-validation claim.

Review focus

Please review version semantics, novelty language, framework mapping confidence, reproducibility commands, and the boundary between runtime agent governance and decision evidence.
