"preclude antiparticipatory" is a double negative... a bit hard to understand.

It's 'anticipatory' (as in 'anticipation'), not 'antiparticipatory'. |

I think simpler language will be better, but I'm not attached to a change here, if you like any part of these, feel free to use it: These criteria are to support successful widely deployed community for formats. These criteria are not designed to support registrations of emerging or anticipated future community formats. |
