• Adds docs/glossary.md with short working definitions for skills-over-MCP terminology.
• Covers skill, instruction, primitive, convention, context, progressive disclosure, control model, first-class primitive, author roles, discovery, and skill resources.
• Links the glossary from the README documents table.
