gdlc's release.yml gained a pin-catalog job that mints a CATALOG_CLIENT_APP token to self-referentially re-pin its own vendored plugin entries after each release (see gdlc/docs/how-to/catalog-pinning.md, gdlc PR #17). Documentation-only change to auth/apps.json's consumers list and purpose text — the App's permissions/vars were already usable by gdlc since it's installed org-wide (install_on: all).

Pull request overview

Updates the org GitHub App auth manifest to reflect that gdlc’s release workflow now consumes the existing catalog GitHub App for catalog self-repinning after releases, and clarifies the catalog App’s purpose to include this self-referential use case.

Changes:

  • Expanded the catalog app purpose text to explicitly cover self-referential entries for vendored plugins.
  • Added gdlc/.github/workflows/release.yml to the catalog app’s consumers list.
