feat(webpack-bundler-runtime): support lazy compilation

Description

• Update bundler runtime options before calling function , so it can use updated chunkMap which can load shared module correctly
• Align with rspack MF variable https://github.com/web-infra-dev/rspack/blob/main/crates/rspack_plugin_mf/src/sharing/consume_shared_runtime_module.rs#L117
• Rspress plugin support lazy compilation

It's very strange for the enhanced unit test , i can not reproduce it in my local machine , can you help check this ? @ScriptedAlchemy
