fix(manifest): increase manifest import timeout to 2 minutes

• Increase HTTP timeout for updateAppFromManifest and createAppFromManifest calls from 30s to 2 minutes
• Aligns with the backend solutions-ms timeout which was also increased to 2 minutes

Test plan

• Run mapps app:manifest:import with a large/complex app manifest and verify it completes without timing out
