Updating docusaurus and the build system, which is way faster thanks to the use of native tools. Babel gets deprecated.
Big caveat: although Chinese language is still being generated, the docusaurus lunr plugin is not yet compatible with these new build tools and fails on building. That's why I've deselected the search using chinese.
@wjteo let me know if this tradeoff is OK, or if the ZH translation is maintained (or we can drop it)
